Brian Hanna, executive director of the Cannabis Regulatory Agency, shared insight on potential rule changes for the Michigan industry at the Great Lakes Cannabis Collaboration Conference, held yesterday at Northern Michigan University.
Hanna explained some of these potential changes, including rules that would ban CBD to THC conversion, allowing lobbies to be optional for retailers, and changing the definition of temporary event licenses. He said these changes are still in the developmental phase at this time.
